We partnered with local high schools to host an interactive forum where students voiced ideas about recreation, mental health, and transport. The data gathered was compiled into a visual report shared with councils to highlight youth priorities and encourage long-term civic engagement.
In collaboration with local business associations, this event explored what small business owners need most — from parking access to council support. Insights were used to inform local economic development strategies and build stronger community-business relationships.
Residents, rangers, and local police joined together so as to identify key safety concerns across the community.
Using The West Coast model, we mapped local sentiment, lighting issues, and urban design feedback to guide councils on where improved infrastructure and lighting are most needed.
